What are the shipping times for your products?
We usually take 2 days to prepare your order and then about 10 business days to deliver it (for more precise information, please refer to the product page).

Do you provide tracking information for the product?
Yes, as soon as your order is shipped, we will send you your tracking number via email.

Some items are missing from my order, what’s happening?
Depending on the order, products may be shipped separately. If your order contains items from two different warehouses, there will be two separate deliveries. The rest of your order should arrive shortly.

I received a damaged item. What can I do?
We are sorry to hear that. Just send us a picture of the damaged item to the email address: contact@pocket-instrument.com and we will send you a similar replacement as soon as possible.

I still haven't received my order. What’s taking so long?
We apologize for the delay. Sometimes international shipping can take longer than expected due to customs clearance. However, you can track your order and see where it is at any time. If you still need help tracking your order or have any questions, please use our tracking page.

Do you have a refund policy?
